How to Insert a Picture1. Start Microsoft Word 2002, and then open the document that you want.

Click to place the insertion point at the location in the
document where you want to insert the picture. 3. On the Insert menu, point to Picture, and then click From File. 4. Browse to the folder that contains the picture that you want, click the picture file, and then click Insert. 5. Click the inserted picture, and then drag the sizing handles to resize the picture, if necessary. Drag the rotation handle to rotate the picture, if necessary.

Use the tools on the Picture toolbar to modify the attributes of
the picture. How to Modify Picture Position and Text Wrapping1. Start Microsoft Word 2002, and then open the document that you want. 2. Click the picture you that want to format. 3. On the Format menu, click Picture. 4. In the Format Picture dialog box, click the Layout tab, and then click Advanced.

To Format Picture Position: 5. Click OK to close the Format Picture dialog box. Wrap Text Around A PictureSelect the picture then choose Format from the menu bar at the top of Word. Next choose Picture, a Format Picture box opens. Select the Layout tab. Then select Wrapping Style to choose how you would like the text to wrap around your picture. Next choose Horizontal Alignment to place your picture to the right, left or center of the text. You can first type all the text you want. Write a story of one paragraph, a page, or as large as an entire book. Next insert a picture below the text you just typed. Follow the instructions above and place your picture. |
