Golden Scalloped Potatoes

 

4      C potatoes, sliced thin

1      C cream of celery soup

1      small onion, sliced thin

1      C grated mild cheddar cheese

1/3    C milk

1      T butter

 

        Mix milk with soup and onions, layer in 1-1/2 qt. casserole dish, with sliced potatoes, grated cheddar and dot with butter.  Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour covered and 15 minutes uncovered.
