Spinach Salad

 

1      bag fresh spinach, washed and dried

1      small can water chestnuts

5      strip bacon, cooked and crumbled

2      hard boiled eggs, crumbled

1      medium can bean sprouts, drained

 

Dressing:

1      C salad oil

¼     C vinegar

¼     C sugar

1/3    C ketchup

2      T worscestershire sauce

1      medium onion

1      dash salt

 

        Mix dressing a day ahead of time.  Do not add to salad until service.
