Pasta Salad

 

1 pkg. Rotini pasta

1/2 cup olive oil - pout over warm cooked pasta and mix

1 sm. red onion - finely chopped

1 carrot - shredded

 

Pour dressing over above and mix well

 

Dressing:

1-1/2 cup sugar

1-1/2 cup cider vinegar

1 t garlic powder

2 T parsley flakes

1 t salt

1 t pepper

2 t dry mustard

 

 

Marinate 1 day - Keeps well for several days
