Orange Salad with Honey Dressing
¼ C sugar
8 t lemon juice
2 T vinegar
5 t honey
1/2 t ground mustard
½ t paprika
1/8 t salt
1/8 t celery seed
½ C vegetable oil
1 head Boston lettuce
6 oranges, peeled and sliced
Mix first nine ingredients well until slightly thickened. Pour into airtight container and chill overnight. Line individual salad plates or platter with lettuce. Arrange orange slices on top. Shake or stir dressing well. Drizzle over oranges. Serves 4 - 6
