Frosty Toffee Bits Pie

 

1            pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese, softened

2            T sugar

½           C half and half cream or milk

1            ctn. (8 oz.) frozen whipped topping, thawed

1            pkg. (8 oz.) milk chocolate English toffee bits, divided

1            graham cracker or Oreo cookie crust (9”)

 

 

In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smoth.  Beat in cream until blended.  Fold in whipped topping and 1 C toffee bits.

 

Spoon into crust, sprinkle with remaining toffee bits.  Cover and freeze overnight.  Remove from freezer 10 min. before serving.  Yield 6-8 servings.
