Sausage and Cheese Quiche

  1                    pie crust
  1 1/2            c  Swiss cheese -- grated
  1                   10 oz  Frozen spinach -- chopped
  1 1/2            lbs  Breakfast Sausage -- crumbled and browned
  1                    Pkg.  Stove Top Stuffing
  1                    pt.
  Half and half
  4                    eggs

Roll out pie crust (or use store bought) for oblong pan or glass dish.

Put grated Swiss cheese on bottom of pie crust.

Make Stove Top stuffing according to directions on package.

Cook spinach and drain well. (I squeeze out all liquid with paper towels)

Cook sausage until brown.

Add stuffing and spinach to sausage and mix well.

Place mixture on top of cheese.

Beat eggs and mix with cream, pour over top of mixture.

Bake 375º for one hour. Then enjoy!!!
