Breakfast Pizza
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 pkg. (8) tube crescent rolls
1 C frozen hash browns
1 C shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
¼ C milk
½ t salt
1/8 t pepper
2 T Parmesan cheese
Cook sausage until brown, drain, separate crescent dough, place in ungreased 12” pizza pan with points towards the center. Press over bottom and up sides of pan to form a crust, seal perforations. Spoon sausage over crust, sprinkle with potatoes, top with cheddar cheese.
Beat eggs, milk with salt and pepper. Pour over all. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake in 375 degree oven for about 20 min.or until eggs are set. Cool slightly and cut into wedges.
