Sold at Sam's in 5 lb containers, Wal-Mart has it packaged in two 2 lb containers.

Heating Instructions: Thaw product completely. Heat and Serve. DO NOT BOIL.

Stove Top: (Best Method) Thaw product completely. Place contents in uncovered saucepan, heat on medium, stirring occasionally until hot. DO NOT BOIL.

Microwave: Thaw product completely. Place contents of container in microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for 3-4 minutes, stirring once after 2 minutes. Stir thoroughly and serve.
