Orange Fluff Jello

 

1      6 oz. orange Jello

2.5    C boiling water

1      13.5 ox. can crushed pineapple

1      6 oz. can frozen orange juice, thawed

1      C cold milk

2      l b. cans mandarin oranges, drained

1      3.4 oz. pkg. instant lemon pudding

1      C Cool Whip

 

        Dissolved Jello in boiling water.  Add undrained pineapple and orange juice.  Chill until partially set.  Fold in drained oranges (save 8 – 10 for decoration.)  Pour into 9” x 13” glass pan.  Chill until firm. 

 

Topping:

 

        Beat pudding and milk until smooth, fold in Cool Whip.  Spread over Jello and chill.  Decorate with reserved oranges.
