Make Ahead Breakfast

 

1      doz. eggs

½     C milk

½     t salt

½     t pepper

1      T butter

1      8 oz sour cream

12     slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1      C shredded cheddar cheese

 

        In medium bowl beat eggs, stir in milk, salt and pepper.  In skillet over low heat melt butter, pour in egg mixture.  Cook stirring until set, but  moist.  Cool, stir in sour cream.  Spread into buttered 2 qt. casserole dish.  Top with bacon and then cheese.  Cover with foil and refrigerate over night.  Heat oven to 300 degrees.  Uncover egg mixture.  Bake 30 minutes until hot an cheese has melted.                   Serves 4 - 6
