Broccoli Casserole

 

 

2      T butter or margarine

½     onion, chopped

½     lb. fresh mushrooms

1      can cream of mushroom soup

1      soup can of milk

8      oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed

 

1      10 oz. frozen chopped broccoli

½     box 7 oz. box Minute Rice

 

        Saute onion, mushrooms and broccoli in butter.  Heat soup, milk and cheese in saucepan until thoroughly mixed.  Add sautéed items and mix together.  Add rice, uncooked, mix and place in casserole.  Bake at 350 degrees for one hour or cook in microwave until bubbly.
