Pineapple Cake
2 cups
flour
2 cups sugar
1 can (20 oz.)of crushed
pineapple with juice
2 eggs well beaten
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup of chopped walnuts
Mix all dry ingredients together; add eggs, pineapple with juice, vanilla and
nuts. Preheat in preheated oven to 350 degrees for 35 - 40 min. (insert
toothpick)
Frosting;
1 stick of softened butter
1 tabl. of vanilla
1 -1/3 cups of powder sugar
1 8 oz. soften cream cheese
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Cream together butter, vanilla, and cream cheese, beat in powder sugar a little
at a time. Frost and garnish with nuts.
