SUGAR FREE LEMON CHEESECAKE – Myrna Skopek

(Serves 8)

 

 

 

2 (8 oz.) pkgs Philadelphia Fat-free Cream Cheese

1 (4 serving size) Sugar Free Instant Vanilla Pudding

1 (4 serving size) Sugar Free Lemon Jello

2/3 C. Nonfat Powdered Milk

1 C. Diet Mountain Dew

¾ C. Cool Whip Free*

1 Graham Cracker Crust

 

*Cool Whip is divided in recipe

 

In large bowl, STIR cream cheese with a spoon until soft (NOTE:  using an electric mixer on far-free cream cheese destroys the texture of cream cheese).  Add dry pudding mix, dry Jello, dry powdered milk and Mountain Dew.  Mix well using whisk.  Blend in ¼ C. Cool Whip, put in a pie shell and chill.  Top with remaining Cool Whip when cool.
