Pumpkin Cake

 

4      eggs

2      cups sugar

1-1/4         cups oil

2      cups or 1 – 15 oz. can pumpkin

3      cups sifted flour

1      t salt

3      t baking powder

3      t baking soda

2      t cinnamon

 

Mix in order given:  Beat eggs well, add sugar, beat well, add oil, beat well, etc.  Put in ungreased tube pan.  Bake 350 degrees for 1 hour.  Frost with Simple Butter Cream frosting tinted yellow and decorate with spice drops for the centers and candy corn for the petals making flowers.
