Peanut Delite – Kathy McDermott

 

2            C graham cracker crumbs

1            stick of margarine

1            C unsalted chopped peanuts

1/3       C peanut butter

3            C cold milk

1            8 oz. cream cheese, softened

1            C powdered sugar

4            C Cool Whip

1            pkg. vanilla instant pudding

1            pkg. chocolate instant pudding

 

1st Layer

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted margarine, 2/4 C peanuts.  Press into 9” x 13” pan.

 

2nd Layer

Cream peanut butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar and 2 C Cool Whip.  Spread over 1st layer.

 

3rd Layer

Mix the puddings, add 3 C cold milk and spread over 2nd layer.

 

4th Layer

Spread remaining Cool Whip on 3rd layer and sprinkle with remaining peanuts.

 

Refrigerate a few hours before serving.
