Mandarin Orange Cake – Judy Rohrer

 

Cake;                                                 

1 pkg. Yellow cake mix

3 eggs

1 med. can (15 oz.) mandarin oranges with juice

3/4 c. oil

Beat 3 minutes

pour into greased 9x13 pan

 

Frosting;

1- 20 oz. crushed pineapple with juice

1 instant vanilla pudding

1- 8oz. cool whip

Fold all together
