  1                Box  German chocolate cake mix
  1                Box  Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix
  1                cup  sour cream
  4                     eggs
  1                cup  oil
     1/2           cup  water
  1           teaspoon  vanilla
  1 1/2           cups  chocolate chip -- small or regular size chopped

Mix all, except chips together, and beat at medium speed for two minutes

Add chips and stir well

Pour into oiled and floured bundt pan

Bake at 350º for 60 minutes or longer if needed (till tested with toothpick)

Cool upside down for several minutes and release from pan

Serve warm or at room temperature, garnishing with fresh or frozen strawberries.

May be decorated with homemade berry syrup or served with fresh or frozen raspberries
