German Chocolate Cheese Cake

 

1      pkg. German chocolate cake mix

½     C shredded coconut

1/3    C butter or margarine

 

Filling:

1      egg

2      8 oz. Cream cheese, softened

2      eggs

¾     C sugar

2      t vanilla

 

Topping:

2      C sour cream

¼     C sugar

1      T vanilla

 

        Blend cake mix, coconut, butter and 1 egg in bowl.  Blend on low speed until mixture is crumbly.  Press in ungreased 9” x 13” pan.  Heat over to 350 degrees.  Beat cream cheese, 2 eggs, ¾ C sugar and 2t vanilla until smooth.  Spread over cake mixture.  Bake 30 min.  Mix sour cream, ¼ C sugar and 1T vanilla until smooth.  Spread over cheese cake.  Cool.  Refrigerate at least 8 hours before serving.
