Frost Me Nots (Cupcakes) – Louise Dieden

 

 l      cup chopped nuts

 4     squares semi sweet chocolate

 2     sticks butter

 l  3/4        cup sugar

 l      cup flour

 4     large eggs,unbeaten

1      teaspoon vanilla

 

           Melt marg. or butter  & chocolate squares.

           Mix sugar, flour, nuts and eggs together.

           Stir in choc. mixture, add vanilla. Do not beat,but make sure

           the  flour is mixed in.

            Line  cupcake pans with cupcake liners, fill 3/4 full.

           Bake 35 min. at 325 degrees.

           Cool before removing from pan. Depending on size of

           cupcake pans  it makes 15-18
