Black Bottoms

Mix together 1 beaten egg

1/8th tsp salt

1/3rd cup sugar

1/2 lb of cream cheese softened

Add 1 6oz package Chocolate Chips

In another bowl 1 1/4 cup flour

1/2 tsp salt

1cup sugar

1tsp baking soda

1/4 cup cocoa

Add 1 cup water

1/3rd cup oil

1 tsp vinegar

1tsp vanilla

Fill miniature cups 1/2 full with this mixture. Put 1 tsp of the cream cheese mixture into the center of each cup

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes. Makes 48 bite size miniatures. (Freezes well.)
