Strawberry Bread – Myrna Skopek

 

3 c. flour

2 c. sugar

1-1/4 c. salad oil

4 eggs

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

3 tsp. cinnamon

2 c. fresh cut-up strawberries or 10 oz. frozen strawberries (thawed)

 

Mix all ingredients in bowl.  Pour mixture into greased loaf pans (makes 2, 8”x4-1/2” loaves or 5, 3”x 5” loaves).  Bake at 350° for 1 hour for large pans, 50 minutes for smaller pans.
