Crab Rolls

 

½           lb. American cheese, shredded

½           C butter

12          oz. crab meat

20          slices white bread

1            C butter

               Sesame seeds

 

Melt cheese with ½ cup butter then add crab.  Let cool.

 

Cut crust and flatten bread with a rolling pin, spread cool mixture on top of each slice of flattened bread.  Roll each piece into a log and pinch ends together to close and seal.

 

Now roll each roll in melted butter mixed with Sesame seeds and freeze on a cookie sheet.  When hard take out and cut each roll into 3 pieces.  Package and freeze until use.

 

Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.
