Cheese Squares
2 pkgs. Crescent rolls
2 8 oz. cream cheese
2/3 C sugar
1 egg yolk and egg white
1 t lemon juice
½ t vanilla
Roll out 1 pkg. rolls in 9” x 13” pan. Beat cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and extracts, smooth on top of rolls. Place other pkg. of rolls on top. Brush with beaten egg white and sprinkle with pecans. Bake 20 min @ 375 degrees. Refrigerate when cool. Cute into 2” squares to serve.
